Te Pō is an exhibition featuring the mahi of artists Wai Ching Chan, Tira Walsh, Tom Tuke, Katie Middleton, Gabi Lardies, and Abigail Aroha Jensen.

Te Pō is the result of six months spent not making art, but getting to know each other. This restful time involved learning a little about the local Māori histories of Parnell, taking a trip to Rotorua, and participating in various workshops to reflect on the meaning of making art today. The resulting artworks emerged from this period of reflection, learning, and whānautanga to be displayed together at Papatūnga.
