Are children welcome?
AAF offers shows and events for all ages. We have family-specific shows where children are most welcome. Generally, children under 3 are considered too young to attend non-family-specific shows and we provide age recommendations for shows where content may not be appropriate for some age groups. Please check age recommendations before booking a show.
Can I book a specific seat?
If you have wheelchair, hearing loop, or other seating requirements, please phone the ticketing provider. See Your Tickets for contact details.
If you have a preferred seat in a venue, we recommend using the Buy Now button. This allows you to choose a specific seat, if available. You can also call the ticketing provider and book over the phone.
I need help getting to my seat
If you know at the time of booking that you’ll need help getting to your seat, please call the ticketing provider and let them know you’ll need assistance.
If you find you need assistance after you arrive, the venue staff will be happy to assist.
Most venues are wheelchair accessible and have lifts for those who need them. See our Venues page for more info. Some regional and smaller venues are not wheelchair accessible. Please call the venue or contact AAF here to discuss options.
I bought the wrong show by mistake
Please select your shows and seats carefully as transfers and refunds are not available.
I can no longer attend
AAF does not offer transfers or refunds except as required by law. If you can no longer attend an event, we recommend gifting or selling your ticket/s to friends or whānau.
If you purchased mobile tickets through Ticketmaster, it’s easy to forward your ticket to anyone you choose.
Ticketmaster also offers Ticketmaster Resale. AAF does not recommend reselling tickets on any other site.
If you are unable to gift or sell your tickets, please contact AAF here to discuss donating your ticket.
I lost my tickets or I haven’t received my tickets
If you’ve chosen digital or print at home tickets, we recommend checking your junk folder for your confirmation email. Otherwise, the ticketing provider you purchased your tickets from will be happy to help. Please make sure you have your account number or confirmation number when calling. Replacement tickets can only be collected by the credit card holder. See Your Tickets for contact details.
I’d like to provide feedback on a show or event
We welcome feedback! Please email us at hello@aaf.co.nz.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend your event?
In line with the Government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework and the policies of our venues, audience members will be required to present a valid My Vaccine Pass to attend shows and events at AAF 2022. Visit our COVID-19 Response page for more information.
Do I need to wear a mask inside the venue?
Audience members are strongly encouraged to wear masks inside the venues. Each of our venues have individual COVID-19 policies, so please take this into consideration when purchasing your ticket(s).
What is your ticketing policy in relation to COVID-19?
Auckland Arts Festival has a dedicated ticketing policy in relation to COVID-19. Read the Terms & Conditions here.
